Problem Statement
Todays Service Orientated Infrastructures (SOIs) lack Real-Time (RT) capabilties.
- SOIs are not dynamically configurable and adaptable to RT requirements.
- Timing and interaction isues are not throughly studied and formally expressed in SOIs
- Web Services lack RT capabilties
- Network awareness and control login is not intergrated into the application services login
The IRMOS Solution
Design, develop and validate Cloud Solutions which will allow the
adoption of interactive real-time applications, and especially
multimedia applications, enabling their rich set of attributes (from
time-constrained operation to dynamic service control and adaptation)
and their efficient integration into cloud infrastructures.
